We would like to introduce a new member of the W-Group team!
January 2010
Candace Enman has joined our team as a Senior Consultant and will be responsible for business development and the delivery of the W View methodology. Candace graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, Honors Accounting and received her CA designation with Welch & Company. In 2000 she left Welch, first as the Director of Finance for the Canadian Produce Marketing Association & The Canadian Horticultural Council and then as Financial Controller for Club Assist. We would like to welcome Candace to the WelchGroup family. We are looking forward to working with her and adding her expertise to our team.

Genevieve Cavanagh is a recent graduate from Carleton University holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Law. Genevieve will be wearing various hats within the realm of executive support, office administration, W-Group brand maintenance and proposal writing, to name a few. We would like to welcome her to the WelchGroup family and we look forward to the continuation of W-Group accomplishments with her enthusiasm and dedication to our success.

The firm will be conducting a comprehensive financial and operational review of the policies and practices of the Kingston Frontenac Housing Corporation. This will include, but not be limited to:
- Evaluating operational efficiency
- Analyzing purchasing policies and revenue streams
- Assessing the community interface as well as tenant programs and services
- Developing a recovery and implementation plan in the form of a final report
- Providing expert advice on the development of the next-step strategy for the implementation plan
